Yggdrasil Gaming has expanded its YGG Masters program with the addition of Fish & Chips, a newly established UK-facing slot studio that will be among the first to develop products using the company’s Game in a Box™ technology.

This collaboration reinforces Yggdrasil’s commitment to supporting creative, independent studios and providing them with tools and frameworks that accelerate development and distribution across regulated markets.

Game in a Box™ represents the next phase in Yggdrasil’s technology roadmap, delivering a modular production environment designed to streamline the creation, testing, and deployment of slot titles. As part of the pilot program, Fish & Chips will leverage the debut release, expected to launch in January 2026.

Joe Wyatt-Jones, Key Account Manager at Yggdrasil, said: We are pleased to welcome Fish & Chips to the Masters program. Their creative direction and focus on player experience align well with the values of the program. As one of the early adopters of Game in a Box™, they will contribute valuable insights as we continue to evolve and refine the framework.”

A spokesperson for Fish & Chips added: Joining the Yggdrasil Masters program marks an important step for us as we prepare to launch our first title. Game in a Box™ provides the structure and flexibility we need to bring our creative approach to life efficiently, while ensuring the highest level of quality. We’re excited to collaborate closely with Yggdrasil as one of the pilot studios for this new technology.”

The addition of Fish & Chips further strengthens the Yggdrasil Masters portfolio, underscoring the company’s role as a leading enabler of independent content creation and distribution within the global iGaming industry.
