Technical Expert
COMMERCIAL SWEDEN

Yggdrasil is searching for a Technical Expert as we are growing in the Nordics.

As Technical Expert Nordics you will be the technical specialist for the Nordic’s customers integrations and operations such as open incidents, upcoming releases etc. You will be the single point of contact for customers regarding technical questions and issues. This requires close communication with Integration and Support teams from Yggdrasil’s technical organization to make sure we provide swift and high-quality service to our clients. You will be participating in meetings with customers including pre-sales, workshops and regular status follow ups as well as participating in the design and definition of operational service level requirements. We believe in close, long term relationships with our partners and we want to guarantee high customer satisfaction.

Key skills

  • Proven technical background; preferably developer experience
  • Experience from system integration projects with many clients
  • Experience from second line application support of business-critical systems in a distributed environment with very high security and capacity demands
  • Experience from working with build, configuration and deploy of software in complex operational environments
  • Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • ITIL foundation level
  • Ability to talk and meet with clients independently
  • You are self-propelled, motivated and have a positive attitude
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are systematic, thorough, analytical and structured
  • You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • You have strong social skills and like being a team player
  • You have a proactive approach to your work

Nice to have

  • Language proficiency in Finnish
  • Experience in working with JIRA, Confluence, Freshdesk or similar
  • Knowledge of Linux system, MySQL and SQL
  • Project management and organisational skills

Objectives

  • Identify opportunities for service improvements (work proactively with your customers)
  • To solicit required data, statistics and reports for analysis and to facilitate effective service monitoring and performance
  • Regularly follow-up your customer´s technical set-up and performance
  • Ensure that our ongoing service delivery and support meet agreed customer requirements and SLAs (incl reporting)
  • To continuously achieve and improve competence in Yggdrasil´s new products and verticals and technical solutions as well as changed products
