About the role
We're looking for an experienced lawyer to join our team and take ownership of a broad range of intellectual property and commercial legal matters in a fast-paced B2B gaming environment.
What You'll Do:
- Managing the full trademark lifecycle, including clearance, filings, renewals, and portfolio strategy.
- Conducting game title and brand clearance assessments.
- Advising on IP ownership, licensing, infringement, and enforcement matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including distribution, sublicensing, platform integration, supplier agreements, and NDAs.
- Supporting stakeholders across product, commercial, technology, and finance with practical legal advice.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and managing relationships with external counsel.
Key Skills
Who You Are:
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' post-qualification experince.
- Strong intellectual property experience, particularly trademarks and IP transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Background in technology, gaming, media, or entertainment (iGaming experience is a plus).
- Working knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection law.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
