21st November 2023 – Yggdrasil, a leading iGaming publisher, has called Hot Rise Games to its banners with their exhilarating combat epic, Excalibur VS GigaBlox™.

Excalibur VS GigaBlox is the latest game to utilise Yggdrasil’s GigaBlox Game Engagement Mechanic (GEM) with six brave warriors filling the reels, looking to form big wins across any of the 50 paylines available, while at least one supersized symbol lands on every spin.

Five or more shining gems will trigger the Highrise Respins, which awards players an initial three respins. For every successful spin, this count resets. The higher each column rises, the bigger the rewards for each symbol in the column. Filling the top row with ‘VERSUS’ icons will put the wins in the respective columns on nitro, whilst completing the set will provide for super-charged wins of mythical proportions.

Excalibur VS GigaBlox is the newest YG Masters release from Hot Rise Games, who, via their agreement with ReelPlay are able to provide standout content across the initiative. Hot Rise’s VS series has built up a serious following via former releases Nightmares VS GigaBlox, Gods VS GigaBlox and Monsters VS GigaBlox.

Excalibur VS GigaBlox is powered by GATI, with Yggdrasil’s state-of-the-art technology enabling partners to employ the preconfigured, regulation-ready, standardised development toolkit to consistently produce cutting-edge content followed by rapid distribution.

Mark McGinley, Chief Gaming Officer at Yggdrasil, said:

Excalibur VS GigaBlox is another superb addition to the YG Masters program from the excellent team at Hot Rise.

“We’re thrilled to roll out the latest in Hot Rise’s VS series of games, which have seen iconic characters from history and fiction come to life on the reels!”

David Johnson, CEO at ReelPlay, said:

“We’re delighted to help bring to market Hot Rise’s latest VS  game with our partners at Yggdrasil. This latest collaboration utilises a popular Yggdrasil GEM combined with Hot Rise smarts to give players another rewarding spinning experience.”
