HR Generalist

We are looking for our next shining HR star to join our team in Malta. As an HR Generalist at Yggdrasil, you will act as a partner to the business and support our growing organization as needed to ensure alignment of our business objectives.

The role will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Key skills

  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR professional in a multinational company
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience working in a online or fast-paced industry
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Sage People software
  • Online gaming industry experience


  • Be involved, support and execute on our local and/or global projects as determined in our HR roadmap
  • Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding programs
  • Managing work-permits & relocations for new starters
  • Analyse and administrate the Company Benefits
  • HR co-ordination and support for our location Malta & Gibraltar
  • Recruitment
  • Manage and co-ordinate Performance Reviews
  • Analyse the Training needs to help design employee’s development programs
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel
  • Help promote and improve the Internal Communication within the company
