Client Executive - Gibraltar

Yggdrasil is establishing itself in Gibraltar. It is signing up top tier iGaming operators and supplying its award-winning content. There is an opportunity within the commercial team for a Client Executive to be a part of the growing team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to identify and map the gate-keepers, decision-makers and relevant stakeholders at our partners and build sustainable relations with them. These are most often Casino Managers / Directors, Marketing and CRM Managers, Heads of Product and Operations and so on. Partners can be organized in different ways so a Client Executive has to be flexible and able to think on their feet. You will work with our existing partner base of industry-leading online betting & gaming operators. You will work alongside an Yggdrasil Campaign (marketing) and Game Expert and report into the CCO for the Gibraltar office

Key skills

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a B2B sales and / or account management position, preferably in the betting & gaming industry.
  • Strong partner management and negotiations skills.
  • Must be a self-driven and intrinsically motivated individual with highly developed social and communication skills.
  • Used to handle high value sales and / or accounts.
  • Able to convey the Yggdrasil message in a professional manner at all times to various management types and levels.
  • Should be fluent in English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

  • Proven examples of the creation of sustainable and profitable B2B business relations.
  • Work experience online in digital business with an associated understanding of (software) product development, delivery and support.
  • Experience of working in rapid growth software or related types of IT company.

Objectives

  • Understand and follow the supply contracts that Yggdrasil has with local operating partners.
  • Pay extremely close attention to all of the KPI’s that guide the Yggdrasil business.
  • Monitor performance against commercial KPI’s and take responsibility for meeting them.
  • Drive growth and maximize revenue that is generated from existing partners.
  • Work closely with partners to identify growth opportunities. Those might be in geographic expansion, entering into regulated markets, new / additional channel distribution, integration of Yggdrasil promotional tools, work on exclusive game ventures etc.
  • Secure commitment to growth opportunities and take a supervisory role in their execution (working with multiple departments within Yggdrasil).
  • Work with Campaign and Game Expert colleagues to support the aligned objectives of greater partner engagement and increased game activity.
  • Support the various commercial work of the Gibraltar CCO.
  • Manage contract queries. Participate in contract negotiation when necessary.
  • Organize, attend and represent the company at relevant events and exhibitions.
